| In the harvest of 1992, Goosecross Cellars Owner/Winemaker, Geoff Gorsuch, found himself with a small section of vineyard that produced wine of such expression and style that it cried out to be its own entity. Upon tasting the wine, Goosecross Cellars Co-Owner, David Topper, decided they should embark upon an ambitious project that seemed, at the time, a quite radical notion: to produce a unique label devoted to extremely small production, ultra-premium wine.
Not a single wine, but instead a series of wines of exceptional quality, only certain vintages yield the stellar fruit that Geoff demands when producing ÆROS, so availability is extremely limited. But, when the fruit is right, Geoff creates a legendary blend in the cellar. And that legendary work of art bears the name ÆROS.
In the many years since it was first created, ÆROS has repeatedly captivated and intrigued collectors of fine wines. Prepare to be swept away…
