The Calistoga Wine Way Inn is a bed and breakfast in the most traditional sense - a grand old home featuring a wood-paneled downstairs parlor, a dining room with a leaded glass breakfront full of silver and china, and most of the guest rooms are off the main hallway upstairs. In fact, the building, built in 1815 and situated just off historic downtown's main intersection, housed Calistoga's first inn.

Inside, the décor is antiques, quilts and wine country charm. Outside, there's a multi-level deck that connects the house to the forested hillside rising behind the property. Breakfasts are full, fresh and hearty, served in the dining room. Cecile and Moye are among the most friendly and engaging innkeepers you'll ever meet.
