The 2007 Chardonnay vintage of our flagship wine is exceptional.

To complete this wonderful package you get Goosecross Chardonnay smoked salmon...when the fine French oak barrels used during the fermentation and aging of Goosecross Chardonnay are saturated with wine, they are no longer beneficial to the winemaking operation. The wood staves from the barrels are dried and used in the hot-smoked process of our premium salmon.

Goosecross Coho smoked salmon requires no refrigeration. The vacuum pack provides the salmon with a 5-year shelf life. All-natural, no preservatives, and high in Omegas 3s.
